Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Materials: Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) to load and unload trucks and shipments.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate cycle counts and maintain inventory records to ensure stock levels match system data.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to all labeling and quality standards.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe, adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages or defects before processing to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
- Experience: Prior warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
