Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise between dock and storage areas efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized stockroom areas.
- Ensure the warehouse adheres to strict safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but willing to train qualified candidates).
- Reliable transportation to the Memphis facility.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
