Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with precision and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily productivity targets are met.
- Assist in loading and unloading freight trucks to guarantee timely deliveries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn WMS software quickly.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
