Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and products within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate digital records of stock levels during weekend shifts.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders efficiently to meet daily productivity targets.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure environment.
- Equipment Handling: Inspect material handling equipment before use and report any maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (weekend shifts).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and paperwork.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
