Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately to maintain inventory levels.
- Load and unload freight trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including sweeping, organizing, and debris removal.
- Operate warehouse machinery responsibly and adhere to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate starters.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory and order processing.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Baltimore facility.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled without exception.
