Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for quality and damage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to meet daily productivity goals.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read labels and orders.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville facility.
- Willingness to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (10-hour shifts).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
