Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately and efficiently select, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to maintain high service levels.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and verifying stock to ensure inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, to move goods throughout the facility.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards to prevent shipping errors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize workflow efficiency during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and reliability is essential.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates.
