Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock organization to maintain warehouse efficiency.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies regarding hazardous materials and equipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with availability for overtime.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
