Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently to meet production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and within certification guidelines.
- Perform quality control checks on all outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and a history of consistent attendance.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
