Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict adherence to all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels and report discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily productivity targets and workflow goals.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays with no gaps.
- Physical Requirements: Capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
