Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems in compliance with safety protocols.
- Inventory Control: Assist with cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records to prevent discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA guidelines and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and pass a background check.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we train the best.
