Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload shipments from delivery trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick items from inventory and prepare them for shipping using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and clutter-free at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional weekdays.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work well in a team.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to understand pick lists and safety guidelines.
