Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move stock within the warehouse.
- Packaging & Labeling: Accurately package items for shipment and apply proper labels, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team lead and other associates to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with consistent full-time hours.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess a valid ID.
