Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Goods: Safely operate material handling equipment to load and unload trucks in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Packing and Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all safety protocols and customer requirements are met.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Weekend Availability: Work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays as scheduled.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location in NY/PA.
