Responsibilities
- Execute efficient pick, pack, and ship operations to ensure 99% order accuracy.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and stock organization to maintain inventory levels.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) following all safety protocols.
- Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse facility and workstations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with availability for overtime.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
