Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and audits.
- Package and label shipments to ensure proper handling and delivery to customers.
- Operate material handling equipment in compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Keep the workspace organized and adhere to 5S cleanliness standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
