Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unpack incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high efficiency and care.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, counting stock, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
