Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and organize stock to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers and order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and operating warehouse management software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
