Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently to and from the warehouse.
- Perform safety checks on loading docks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory management: Stock shelves, organize inventory, and manage stock levels.
- Assist in packaging and labeling orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
