Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks according to shipping schedules.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee facility.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for immediate hires.
