Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping to ensure timely and secure delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S principles.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide paid training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
