Responsibilities
- Execute order picking and packing operations efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner using proper lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy (tablet usage for tracking).
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
