Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages accurately to ensure timely distribution.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in packing and labeling orders for delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to meet operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, including safety protocols and attendance requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience is required; we train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
