Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment using standard warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and locate stock items within the warehouse to ensure efficient workflow.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided for certified candidates).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing packages to ensure they meet company standards and are free of damage.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace while strictly adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for reading safety labels and communicating with supervisors.
