- Picking and Packing: Accurately selecting and packaging orders to meet delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Assisting with stock organization and inventory counts to maintain accurate records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operating hand trucks, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Quality Control: Inspecting products for damage and ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Team Collaboration: Working effectively with other team members to complete daily goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move around the warehouse floor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and data entry.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
