Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Safely package items for shipment using provided equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in counting and organizing stock to ensure accuracy and reduce errors.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Move products efficiently between storage and shipping areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: Full training provided on the job for all candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
