Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and containers with speed and accuracy.
- Sort, pack, and organize inventory to ensure proper storage and retrieval.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper training.
- Collaborate with the floor team to meet daily productivity goals and targets.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some weekday shifts.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago location.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
