Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately process orders, pick items, and prepare them for shipment with speed and precision.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in cycle counts to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and have a reliable form of transportation.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new scanning software quickly.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
