Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare items for shipment using standard packaging materials and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing inventory to ensure stock accuracy and organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all outbound orders meet quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality; commitment to attendance is essential.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and pay close attention to detail to prevent errors.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to understand and follow safety guidelines.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
