- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to daily production quotas.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control processes, including stock rotation, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Organization: Keep storage areas clean, organized, and accessible at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with consistent reliability.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to read and comprehend instructions.
