Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping targets.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
