Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory shipments with a focus on speed and precision.
- Prepare and package outgoing orders, ensuring proper labeling and secure handling to prevent damage.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, while strictly adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with the weekday shift team to ensure seamless handover of operations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using appropriate equipment and manual labor techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred; no prior experience required as we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with flexible shift availability.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and entering data into inventory systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Raleigh facility.
- Willingness to work in a climate-controlled environment with varying temperature zones.
