Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts.
- Pack, label, and organize inventory with precision and speed to ensure accuracy.
- Perform daily inventory counts and stock rotation to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth handover and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the Shift Manager.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to the Austin facility.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
