Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and organize products to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners with precision.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for qualified applicants.
