As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our clients receive their orders with speed and precision. We pride ourselves on a safety-first culture and a collaborative environment where every team member matters.
Responsibilities
- Execute Efficient Operations: Safely load and unload freight trucks using industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily performance goals.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels in designated zones.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a pristine and organized warehouse environment, strictly adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse machinery and report any issues to supervisors.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and document findings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory management software quickly.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
