Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring accurate inventory tracking
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse operations using WMS software and data analytics
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle count procedures
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure seamless operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under time-sensitive conditions
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
