Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 team members during weekend shifts
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics and transportation
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking
- Resolve operational challenges proactively
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Proficient in WMS and inventory systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
