Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Lead team of 5-8 associates with daily task delegation and performance coaching
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS software and inventory tracking systems
- Conduct quality control checks and resolve operational issues in real-time
- Prepare weekend shift reports and communicate with management team
- Train new associates on equipment operation and company procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to work independently while leading high-performance teams
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with no alternative schedules
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical requirements
