Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations specifically during weekend shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and workplace regulations.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels in real-time and coordinate logistics to prevent stockouts.
- Conduct daily shift briefings, safety checks, and performance reviews.
- Address operational issues immediately and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with regional management to align weekend goals with company objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse management or leadership experience.
- Valid Forklift Certification and forklift driving experience.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
