Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service during peak weekend hours
- Drive weekend sales through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Manage inventory processes and stock replenishment during weekend shifts
- Train and mentor weekend staff on brand standards
- Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Implement weekend-specific promotions and events
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience required
- Proven weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Flexible schedule availability including holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- San Diego residency preferred
