Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency with 25+ WPM typing
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Reliable transportation to downtown Pittsburgh location
