Responsibilities
- Handle 40-60 inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using proprietary CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and update customer profiles
- Collaborate with team leads to address escalated issues
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Uphold strict compliance with data security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy
- Flexible schedule availability (including evenings until 8 PM)
- Positive attitude and resilience in high-volume environments
