Job Description
Are you ready to architect the autonomous systems of tomorrow? Nexus Future Systems is seeking a visionary 2026 AI Agentic Engineer to lead the charge in next-generation artificial intelligence. We are not just building software; we are defining the operational logic of 2026 and beyond.
In this high-impact role, you will design and deploy autonomous agents capable of complex reasoning, tool usage, and multi-step planning. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge LLMs and practical enterprise application, ensuring our systems are safe, efficient, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement autonomous AI agents using advanced LLM frameworks and agentic workflows.
- Design prompt engineering strategies that maximize reasoning capabilities and reduce hallucinations.
- Integrate external tools and APIs to extend agent capabilities for real-world problem solving.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for latency and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Collaborate with product and security teams to implement robust guardrails and safety measures.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for future AI iterations.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep understanding of machine learning concepts.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar.
- Deep knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Experience deploying large-scale models (LLM) on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on system architecture and scalability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
