Responsibilities

- Represent the organization in global AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions

- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance across organizational AI deployments
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging ethical challenges in AI evolution
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 7 years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Deep expertise in machine learning interpretability and bias detection techniques
- Proven track record in developing organizational AI ethics frameworks
- Experience engaging with regulatory bodies (NIST, IEEE, EU AI Act)
- Strong background in cognitive science and human-AI interaction principles
- Published work on AI ethics or technology policy preferred
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) required
