- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and biotechnology governance
- Manage global innovation hubs in Berlin, Singapore, and Tokyo
- Secure $100M+ in venture capital and strategic partnerships for emerging ventures
- Present disruptive technology portfolios to industry consortiums and government bodies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record scaling R&D budgets beyond $20M annually
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering preferred
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI, blockchain, and genetic engineering
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies with commercial traction
