Responsibilities

- Lead the integration of quantum computing algorithms with traditional AI models to enhance processing speed and problem-solving capabilities.
- Oversee the development of robotic autonomy stacks, ensuring seamless interaction with dynamic environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, data scientists, and hardware engineers to drive innovation.
- Establish best practices for data security, ethics in AI, and system resilience in high-stakes environments.
- Define the technical roadmap for the next generation of human-machine interfaces.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of designing complex AI systems at scale, with a portfolio of innovative architectural solutions.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX.
- Experience with quantum computing architectures (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a significant plus.
- Strong understanding of real-time systems, embedded software, and edge computing.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
