Responsibilities
- Architect and execute comprehensive 2026 digital transformation strategy across all business units
- Lead predictive technology roadmapping for AI, blockchain, and quantum computing integration
- Oversee implementation of sustainable tech infrastructure with 0-carbon emission targets
- Direct cross-functional innovation labs focused on next-gen user experience design
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Develop predictive analytics frameworks for market trend anticipation
- Champion agile transformation methodologies across global operations
- Report directly to CTO on transformation KPIs and ROI metrics
Qualifications
- 15+ years in digital transformation with 5+ in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling tech ecosystems for Fortune 500 companies Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, and Web3
- Certified in TOGAF, SAFe, and AWS/Azure transformation frameworks
- Experience leading cross-continental tech initiatives with 100+ teams
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Master's degree in Computer Science or MBA with tech specialization
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred for global partnerships
