Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology planning for 2026 product roadmap, focusing on AI integration, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech solutions
- Architect scalable systems using emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Mentor a team of 5+ engineers through technical guidance and career development
- Conduct market research to identify disruptive trends and competitive opportunities
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create user-centric innovation frameworks
- Present technology roadmaps and progress to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of DevOps best practices and cloud-native architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership roles with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern development stacks
- Strong strategic planning skills with experience building 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Track record of launching innovative products in competitive markets
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certifications in cloud architecture or AI implementation (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TensorFlow)
