Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of next-generation software systems designed for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Drive research and development (R&D) initiatives focused on Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- Define technical roadmaps that prioritize long-term scalability, security, and interoperability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge frontend and backend frameworks.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging tech stacks to integrate viable innovations.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and futuristic thinking.
- Ensure all systems are compliant with future-forward data privacy and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a demonstrated ability to build high-concurrency systems.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration patterns and cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Web3 technologies, blockchain integration, or decentralized systems is a major plus.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
