- Manage global R&D teams across 5 innovation labs with cutting-edge facilities
- Present future tech strategies to Fortune 500 clients and government entities
- Drive patent development in AI ethics, sustainable computing, and human augmentation
- Curate annual 'Future Tech Summit' with industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate-tech AI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience securing federal grants for future-tech initiatives
